The observer just has one voice

”I take pleasure in my transformations. I look quiet and consistent, but few know how many women there are in me.”  – Anais Nïn

As we are navigating our life journey we discover different roles and sides of ourselves. How many roles do you play in your life, and who are you beyond those?
The beautiful thing is that the human being can discover herself through her roles, like an actor can discover new sides of himself playing a new part. Allowing all of them to come out and express themselves, is a way to get to know your inner voices and your different wills. Check in for yourself who is speaking when, and which ones take most place in your daily life. By observing, you also start to realize, that beyond the roles and the different inner voices, you are the observer, the one who realizes. The observer just has one voice. That is your intuition and your connection to Consciousness.

In the heart chakra we find balance and love to all these inner voices. It is the center where the higher and lower chakras meet, integrating both the earthy and grounding needs, with the ones less tangible, of connection, vision and understanding. In the throat chakra we allow all of them to speak and we take time to listen.
In the meditations this week we will focus on Anahata (heart) chakra and Vishuddha (throat) chakra.
