In these challenging times, we do have our «better» and «worse» days, the trick is to Accept and allow All feelings to be there. The moment we accept that an uneasy emotion is there, it is also easier to let go of it. Meditation helps us to realize, accept, surrender and release.

Some of you have asked also for yoga classes. I offer private classes online for those of you who wants to focus on your individual necessities and maybe develop a personalized sequence/program for you to practice at home.
I will also offer one group class this week:
Wednesday 8 April at 17:00-18:00

After some consideration, I have decided still offer the meditation sessions for free, and the yoga sessions without a fixed price. I believe we are all living in challenging times, and that it even can be a shift in how we exchange. And I want everybody to have access to the possibility for practice and learning on this path.
However, to honor this linage, profession, my teachers, my investments and my time, if you feel you have the possibility, I do welcome any voluntary contributions by donation for the Yoga Session:
