In our last meditation sessions we have been talking about the immune system. As the body need a strong immune system to defend itself from bacteria and virus, mind and soul also need a system to protect themselves from external buzz, excessive information and inner «toxic» thoughts and emotions. Most of the time what disturbs us most and keeps us away from peace and happiness, is our inner voices. But this doesn’t mean you have to create a fire wall to protect yourself, rather it is about allowing EVERYTHING to go through you. Yoga offers a holistic system to take care about body – mind – heart. Only by recognizing ALL thoughts and emotions, you can allow these denser energy frequencies to transform and get liberated. Only observing your «darker» thoughts and emotions you can let go of them and find a more peaceful place to rest. We will continue discovering our «immune system for mind and heart» in the coming meditation sessions this week (see the links below in this same email).
EVERYTHING IS ENERGY, and we will explore our energy centers and how to liberate condensed or trapped energies (heavier thoughts, memories and emotions) and transform them into lighter forms of energy (inner peace and happiness) in the next online course about the chakras that will start on May 18th. This will be a tool for you to spend time with yourself, observe, breathe, move, slow down, and listen to your needs. Our key will be investigating and learning about oneself in relationship to some of the main driving forces in life, like security, creativity, pleasure, transformation, balance, love, expression, intuition and connection. It will be a journey through your 7 energy centers in the body and you will get to learn more about each of them, their empowering energies and their heavier frequencies, how to observe and balance them. The foundation for the course is yogic philosophy and the chakra system. Our main tools will be talks, yoga, meditation, visualization, couching and journaling.
