We relay on a non-dualistic philosophy, on a millenary wisdom, with influences from more modern theories of biodynamics.
Through the Asana practice (postures), Pranayama (breathing exercices), and meditation, we release and relax; we open up to life, celebrating the wish of our hearts, creating more strength, expansion and flexibility (physical, emotional and cognitive).
