Seehof Yoga Holidays 2018

The Christmas holidays are coming to their end, a New Year is here, maybe with new expectations, wishes and intentions. How do we do to keep our intentions present day by day? My suggestion today is of the easy kind: Breathe. The breath is the easiest tool we have to take us to the present moment. And each moment inhabits a dream. So the suggestion may seem simple, but its actually quite a tricky task:

whenever during the day you feel «disconnected»:
close your eyes, take a deeper breath in and out
For a few more moments, listen and feel the softness of each inhale and each exhale
Observe what you are breatheing in, what InSpires you, what are your Intentions? 
And the next contemplation is:
Does what you do in your daily life serve your inner purpose?
Does your daily life nurture your wishes and intentions?

Enjoy each different time of the year in nature in this pintoresque village by the lake close to Salzburg in Austria! Skiing, walking, hiking… I am sooo happy and grateful to have the oppportunity to return to this special and lovely place every year. Thank you Susi, Sepp and the team!

We start the day with energizing yoga and meditation, followed by breakfast and optional activities or just relax :). There is time also to book a private yoga session or a massage during the day.  Before dinner we wind down with a relaxing yoga session, mantra singing and/or meditation.
