I welcome you to a 21 Meditation Journey 1-21 December. We will meet on Zoom every morning 7-7:20 – you join in from home or from where you are! You can join «live», and/or you can listen to all recorded meditations in your own pace and on your own schedule. If you join life, you have the opportunity to get a new morning habit and also ask questions. It is said WE NEED 21 DAYS to CREATE a NEW HABIT.
