Yoga Therapy

I truly believe yoga is a very complete resource for personal development. In an individual session we will focus on Your needs; physical and/or emotional.

The work can be preventive, as well as it may treat physical pain and/or cognitive, emotional or spiritual issues. We use visual, corporal and verbal communication, Asana, breath and relaxation. One of the aims is to give you tools to use in your daily life to mantain a balanced relationship to your body, yourself and others.

No previous knowledge of yoga or bodywork is needed.
