Most of you know me as a yoga teacher. During the last few years I have invested in my studies to develop my work and be clear with what I offer. Now this includes Life Coaching.In coaching You and Your needs are in focus.
I integrate my experience from yoga, meditation and art therapy in a holistic perspective. Because thoughts, feelings, memories and attitudes interact with the body, posture and breath, I have found it useful to combine different breathing technics, visualizations and body awareness, together with the classic coaching tools. In my experience, the holistic work body-mind-soul, is essential to build self awareness, self love and personal growth.
Coaching means move and change, in the direction that you choose. It becomes a process where you discover your dreams, intentions and challenges, as well as the tools and resources you have to create balance in your life and take the path you wish to go.
